Technically a 6 course degustation including canapés starting at 11.30am with Matching Wines included. Chefs in Training have been invited from SIT Invercargill, and Queenstown, Resort College Queenstown, Front Line Training Invercargill, the ILT, and Boys High.
They will be mentored by 8 internationally recognised Working Chefs creating a pathway for Further Training and Professional Development using produce grown in Southland.
